Full-Time Minister of Youth:
Northside Baptist Church in Princeton, KY is prayerfully seeking a Minister of Youth who will direct and oversee the Youth Ministries of the church. The ministry target for the position is 6th through 12th grade.
Qualifications: Must have a heart and passion for youth and have an understanding of their unique needs, must be doctrinally sound, must submit to background and credit checks and have a minimum of B.A. or B.S. in an appropriate Christian ministry discipline preferred.
Responsible for meetings with ministry team, support to ministry leaders, participate in outreach ministry, follow-up with prospects, assist Pastor, lead Wednesday evening worship/bible study for youth, communication with youth and parents, be visible and available to youth, develop and monitor budget, compile directory, recruit and train volunteers and support church-wide ministries.
Work schedule: Flexible but regular office hours, Sunday morning and evening services, Wednesday evening services, attend youth events and activities along with other special events.
Starting Salary $45,000.00 per year.
